Train with the distinguished chefs of Hands on Gourmet in the fresh flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. When you arrive, enjoy a glass of Byington wine, and a nosh while you mingle. For every dish, a cooking station is equipped with a recipe, a chef, and all the ingredients and tools you need. The chef explains and demonstrates key techniques, while you create and learn by doing. After cooking together for about one and a half hours, sit down, relax, eat and enjoy Byington wine pairings! We'll handle all the clean up. The class begins at 12:00 and will last approximately an hour and a half with lunch to follow. The menu will feature Grilled Lamb Flatbread with Cucumbers, Olives, Marinated Red Onions, Mint and Tahini Sauce Grilled Halibut with Sicilian Samoriglio, Seared Cauliflower, Soft Polenta and Fried Lemon Almond Cakes with Almond Streusel and Orange Custard
