Event Details
 
The French Cellar presents Sancerres & Chardonnays, the 10th in a series of Wine Appreciation Classes for 2008. A selection from eight Sancerres, White Burgundies and Bordeaux will be tasted, discovering and comparing the regional uniqueness of their varietals. A buffet of French cheeses, baguettes, pates and fruits will be served to enhance the tasting experience. 7PM - 9:30PM. $90 per person, reservations are recommended as class is limited to 16 participants.
