This week’s BYOB prix-fixe dinner theme is Syrah (or Shiraz if it is from Australia)

As usual, you’re welcome to bring your own bottle(s) and the corkage fee ($18)

will be waived, or you can choose our Sommelier’s wine pairing selection

for an additional $34.95 (or $29.95 pre-registered*)

FIRST COURSE

BRAISED PORK BELLY

served with fresh house-made potato-fritter* and quail eggs

*deep fried herb mashed potatoes coated with eggs and panko flakes

SECOND COURSE

LAMB SIRLOIN

served with roasted polenta,* whole-grain sauce Robert * and roasted baby carrots

*Polenta is a dish made from boiled cornmeal. Sauce Robert is the classic long-simmered French brown sauce

THIRD COURSE

GRILLED RIB-EYE STEAK

porcini mushroom and black bean dry rub, served with blue cheese mashed potatoes

FOURTH COURSE

BANANA BREAD PUDDING

with house-made vanilla bean ice cream, topped with vanilla & chocolate sauce
