The wine varietals that best matches with this week's dinner are Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Gamay,and Malbec for the red grapes. The main white grapes are Muscadet, Chenin Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc.
The varietals chosen are inspired by the wine region of Loire Valley in Northwestern corner of France. As usual, you are welcome to bring any
wine/wines of your choice.
