The French Cellar announces the seventh in a series of twenty wine appreciation classes for the year 2008. "The Wines of Burgundy" is an introduction to the Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays of the region. Eight wines will be tasted, from the basic vin du table to the more complex. A light buffet of French cheeses, pate and fruit is included to enhance the tasting and enjoyment of the wines.
