The French Cellar welcomes you to join us for the twelfth of twenty Wine Appreciation Classes for the year 2008. Champagnes! will explore the various Champagne styles and blends from the small family-owned vineyards to the larger well-known Houses. Eight unique selections will be poured from the more subtle to the most complex. A light buffet of French cheeses, pate and fruit will accompany the tasting to show the relationship of Champagnes to foods. Please note that our classes are limited to 16 persons.
