The French Cellar announces our first of two wine appreciation classes for the year 2008, that explores the relationship of dark chocolate to red Bordeaux - and vice versa! We will taste 8 various Bordeaux blends of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from different chateaux, Left Bank and Right Bank. We will taste with each wine, selected chocolats noirs from the Parisian chocolatier, Richart. Please join us for this unique experience! We guarantee it will not disapoint! Classes are limited to 16 persons and reservations in advance are required. Join us in celebrating these wines and chocolates of France, and our tenth year in business!
