The French Cellar announces the second in a series of twenty wine appreciation classes for the year 2008. "The Red Wines of Burgundy" is an introduction to the Pinot Noirs from the prominent villages of the region. Eight wines will be tasted, from the basic vin du table to the more complex. A light buffet of French cheeses, pate and fruit is included to enhance the tasting and enjoyment of the wines.
