Santa Clara Valley Wine-Vineyard to Glass: A Wine is Born

This class offers a high-level view about wines and winemaking including discussions of:

• The Vineyard: Terroir, vines, fruit maturation

• The Harvest and Crush

• Fermentation and Aging Decisions

• Bottles & Bottling

• Wineglasses

This seminar includes a tasting of five or more award-winning J. Lohr wines to demonstrate different wine making concepts. For instance, we will pour three barrel samples to demonstrate the difference between clones of same varietal.

(408) 288-5057 from 10 AM to 5 PM daily. A $5.00 per person cancellation fee will apply to all reservations cancelled prior to March 19th. After March 19th any cancellation will be charged the full cost of the event.
