EVENT DETAILS:

In the competitive field of wine and spirits, you need an advantage to set yourself apart from the crowd. The Professional Culinary Institute is proud to offer the Certified Sommelier Program, the fastest path to a career in wine. In as little as eleven weeks, three and a half hours a day, you can go from little or no wine knowledge to a certified wine professional, confident and prepared to work in the exciting and prestigious world of wine. If you are already working in the restaurant or wine industry the education and certification we provide can get your career on the fast track.

We offer a full-time day curriculum that includes 55 classes in eleven weeks. There is also a part-time evening curriculum that covers the same classes over nineteen weeks. Both programs culminate in The Court of Master Sommeliers' Introductory and Certified exams back to back. These exams are included in your tuition and scheduled on our campus right at the end of the program.

Check out our web site, call us or come visit our state of the art facility to find out why we are the first school in the world to be approved by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
