Come experience the unique taste of wines from the Santa Cruz Mountains. The Wine Tasting will be conducted in our Grand Ballroom, on Thursday July 24th, between the hours of 6:00-7:30. The entrance fee is $25, which includes a wide variety of wine and appetizers. For this tasting we will be featuring not one, but two wineries this month. Burrell School Winery and Storrs Winery will both be in attendance, ready to pour samples of their prestigious wines. Burrell School Winery is located in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and was founded in 1854. At the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, their 2004 Syrah Pichon Estate won the gold medal! Burrell School Winery’s Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Syrah will be available for tasting. Storrs Winery is located in the Santa Cruz Mountains, and was founded in 1988. Their White Riesling captured a gold medal at the San Francisco National Wine Competition. Storrs Winery’s Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Zinfandel will be offered during the tasting.
