This is the third class in the series, where Educator and Pastry Chef,

Peggy Fortino (yes, she is related)

will provide a culinary experience utilizing her exceptional skill to educate her students in creating intricate desserts such as Mocha and Fruit Tartlets paired with Cabernet Sauvignon and our famous Almond Champagne.

Savor the flavor of your works of art at the end.

Peggy Fortino is a graduate of Tante Marie's Cooking School in San Francisco, where the focus is on French baking and pastry.

This is a series class: You may take one or all three classes. As it is limited to 20 guests per class, so make your reservations soon
