San Francisco Bay Area Wine-Ottimista Presents the Wines of Mutti

This area, although not one of the most famous in Piemonte, is quickly gaining prominence through the hard work of producers such as Mutti, as well as through the prodigious natural gifts of its terroir.

Mutti is one of the producers responsible for the preservation of one of the Colli Tortonesi’s greatest autocthonous grapes, Timorasso, and we will be tasting this wonderful wine and pairing it with flavors typical to the region.

Antonio comes to us from Rome, where he spent many years working as a sommelier overseeing one of the most impressive wine lists in Italy! It is our extreme pleasure to welcome him to Ottimista where he can teach us all about the distinctive wines he imports as well as giving us pointers on tasting and enjoying Italian wines.
