Tuesday, July 8th, 6:00-7:30 "The Soul of Syrah!" A guided, comparative tasting of six syrahs, selected to show the tremendous variation this grape makes possible. Attendees wil begin with aromatic exercises that reveal the soul of Syrah - its common essence that transcends its various styles. We'll then taste our way through six very different Syrah's, priced from $21 to $60 per bottle. Limited to 18 attendees. $49 includes course materials. Must be 21 to attend.
