Chefs and Chefs-to-be - come on over to Palio for Cooking Class on Saturday, June 7th, 2008. The theme this time around is Sicily. All classes going forward will be regionally based. We're starting at the end of the boot and working our way up! Class starts at 1pm and ends around 4pm after all chefs eat the 'fruits of their labor' with wine pairing education from Wine Director Juli Gregg.
