Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley Announces May’s Osteria Night Featuring Arcadian Winery

Quattro Executive Chef Alessandro Cartumini pairs rustic Italian cuisine highlighting key seasonal ingredients with highly acclaimed wines.

Quattro has launched a new menu concept for their monthly Osteria dinner series focusing on seasonal ingredients. Rather than a family-style meal, diners have the rare opportunity to enjoy a plated four-course menu of rustic Italian cuisine with a seasonal twist each month. In May, diners will enjoy cuisine with an emphasis on mushrooms.

As in the past, diners will have the opportunity to meet the chef and winemaker, and sample various vintages in one evening. Quattro’s Osteria nights typically occur on the second Friday of each month.

May’s Osteria showcases the spectacular wines of Arcadian Winery. Winemaker Joe Davis will be present to share his insights and answer any questions. Davis will be pouring their exceptional Chardonnary, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. Past featured wineries have included Chandon, Flowers, Beaulieu Vineyards, Bernardus, and Tablas Creek.

The Menu: Courses by Executive Chef Alessandro Cartumini include: Terrina of Lobster in Port Poached Grape Leaf with Shaved Royal Trumpet Mushroom and White Nectarine Salad, Edible Flower House Made Pappardelle with Seasonal Mushroom Bolognese and Baby Dandelion Salad , Scottish King Salmon Tournedo with Hen of the Wood Mushroom and Pea Tendril Aglio & Olio or Milk Fed Spring Lamb Saddle with Morel Mushroom, Napa Cabbage and Fava Bean Ragu, and Wine Cap Mushroom Carpaccio with Warm Spiced Cake and Olive Oil Truffle Ice Cream.

Cost of the dinner is $85 per person with wine pairing. The à la carte menu is also available.

For those patrons seeking the full Four Seasons experience, the hotel offers a special overnight package for two people, including dinner, valet parking, a deluxe guest room, and breakfast the next morning. The cost of the package starts at $440 per couple.
