Dear Food Friends: This Friday's Bookcook demonstration will feature local products and local cookbooks. We'll be cooking from Mustards by Cindy Pawlcyn, The Farmers Market cookbook and some books from Chronicle Books, our own hometown publisher in the neighborhood. I will be cooking with all local products, fish and produce and will be featuring McQuades Celtic Chutney, by the wonderful Alison McQuade! Looking forward to breaking bread with you, Randy. The Bookcook.
