Join us at One Market Restaurant in San Francisco as we taste the wines of Château Pichon Longueville Baron and Château Suduiraut. Pichon Baron has consistently been one of the finest values in Bordeaux. Suduiraut, a premier cru of Sauternes has always stood out as a must-have "stickie" for any wine lover! Our guests of honor, winemakers Jean-René Matignon of Château Pichon Longueville Baron and Pierre Montegut of Château Suduiraut will lead us through a four course dinner including the 1982 Suduiraut, a four-star Michael Broadbent wine, which we will classically pair with foie gras. We will follow with the 1989, 2001, 2003 and 2005 Pichon Baron as well as the 1999 Suduiraut. One Market is located at 1 Market Street in San Francisco. Dinner will begin promptly at 7pm.
