| Winemaker Dinners
with Nicole Kosta, Wine Director
This series of dinners is unusual in that each event is preceded by an hour-
long tasting seminar with the winemaker or winery representative. This
allows for a comprehensive examination of the wines as well as greater
interaction between the guests and the winemaker. Following the tasting
seminar, a four-course dinner menu especially created for the evening will be
presented in Silks by Chef de Cuisine Joel Huff.
