San Francisco Bay Area Wine-Bacio Divino Wine Dinner at Seasons Restaurant

Bacio Divino was founded some 15 years ago by Claus and Diane Janzen, who began developing their own wines after a successful 12 years at Caymus. The winery is based out of St Helena in the Napa Valley.

The evening will begin at 6:30pm with champagne and canapés. Menu highlights include: Seared Arctic Char with Spring Mushrooms, Charred Scallion and Hazelnut Butter Crepe and Pea Shoots; Pan Seared Squab Breast with Peppered Bacon, Frisse Salad and a Poached Quail Egg and Maple-Squab Reduction; Roasted Colorado Lamb Chop and Braised Shank with Olive Oil, Crushed Fava Beans, Mustard Greens and a Rainier Cherry lamb Sauce; and a cheese plate including Leonora and Cave Aged Marissa Cheese, Blenneheim Apricot and Dandy Plum Torte.
