Attention Chefs and Want-to-be Chefs- cooking classes are back at Palio. The first class will be Saturday, April 5, featuring artichokes. Sign up now, limited space is available. This is not a demonstration class- you do all the work! After cooking, chefs-to-be sit to eat the 'spoils' of their labor with wines paired by Wine Director Juli Gregg.
