San Francisco Bay Area Wine-Uncorked Wine Festival at Ghirardelli Square

COPIA’s certified wine educators will lead wine education and discovery tastings such as Wine 101 and a chocolate & wine pairing throughout the day. Culinary master Marisa Churchill, recent Top Chef contestant on Bravo’s hit reality competition television show and current executive pastry chef at Yoshi’s in San Francisco, will lead a cooking demonstration and offer her secret pastry tips to the crowd along with other participating Bay Area chefs. Renowned sommelier and wine writer Courtney Cochran will host a “Hip Tastes” wine and food pairing seminar at the event and sign copies of her new book, “Hip Tastes: The Fresh Guide to Wine.” Uncorked! will also include a raffle with proceeds benefiting Ghirardelli Square’s non-profit partner, COPIA.
