Everyone knows Chianti, but Tuscany offers a range of wines beyond the traditional red in the straw wrapped bottle. In this class will take a taste tour of many of the wines Tuscany and Central Italy produce from a range of Chiantis, to Brunello, Vernacia di San Gimignano and Vin Santo. Learn how to decipher confusing labels and how to differentiate between a Super Tuscan and a super wine.
Bring at least two wine glasses for the tastings.
