Ever wonder how the many different types of wine on the market today are made and what makes them each taste differently? Then, this class is for you! Of the thousands of wines produced each year, they can be divided into five different categories:
In this class, taught at Belle Marie Winery, you will learn how each category is made while tasting a typical wine from each. Taught by Lum Eisenman, published author and highly regarded San Diego County expert winemaker. |
