SPECIAL WEEKEND SPANISH TASTING We'll be pouring traditional red and white sangria's from the porrón plus 5-wines from Spains best of the best. A porrón is a sort of decanter or pitcher used in Spain to serve and drink wine. Porrones are an old and traditional way to store and to share wine with a group of people. Porrones can be glass or ceramic and can keep exposure to the air to a minimum. They are wide at the bottom and have a long, thin neck and usually are fit with a cork. At the bottom is a long spout which is used for pouring. Tasty Piaia, Tapas and tacky protective bibs are provided. Words of wisdom: It is advised, beginners should where nothing you don't wine on when drinking from the porrón.
