Plate Licker Chardonnay

An easy-drinking, clean, lean, un-oaked Chardonnay. The fruity crispness of apples and citrus make this an excellent choice for pastas, fish and Asian-pacific dishes. A clean-finishing wine that goes down smooth, and brings you back for more…and more.

Marquis Philips Sarah's Blend

Composed of 60% Shiraz, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the balance Merlot and Cabernet Franc. This wine was barrel-fermented and aged in seasoned French oak for 12 months. With deep crimson-colored, it yields a complex aromatic array of cedar, spice box, clove, pepper, cassis, and blueberry. Full-bodied, fruit-driven, and intensely flavored, this layered blend has a 45-second finish.

Ferngrove Shiraz

Lots of sweet juicy fruit on the front palate with a very nice overall balance, nothing extreamely overdone. This wine carries its 14.5 per cent alcohol with lots of grace. Great with grilled duck or garlic infused lamb.

Green Point Cabernet

Smooth and round. Offers a juicy mouthful of currant and blackberry flavors shaded with tiny hints of roasted meat and cedar. The finish doesn't quit.

Boots Grenache

Boots Grenache is sourced from 65-year-old vines with modest yields. It was aged in seasoned French and American oak. Dark ruby-colored, it offers a lovely perfume of spice box, wild strawberries, and kirsch. This leads to a medium to full-bodied, smooth-textured, tasty Grenache with layers of flavor and excellent length.
