Today’s pink stuff is not the sweet “blush” wines of yesteryear. The best rosés are dry like red wine yet crisp and refreshing like white wine. We’ll start the tasting with rosés from France, Spain and Italy and then move to BIG reds from France’s Rhone Valley. Something for everyone here.
