School is back in session and that's something to Wine about! Our new Wine Education series of four classes begins Thursday October 16th. Classes are fun, informative and full of wine! Learn how to taste and evaluate wine...and make new friends too! Wine Education is a series of four classes on four consecutive Thursday evenings, taught by Michele Graber. Michele has worked for Winestyles since September of 2006 and is currently achieving her Sommelier Diploma through the International Sommelier Guild. Evening #1., Wine 101: Understand the process of getting the grape to the glass, how to taste and a bit of history. Wine 102: Dig deeper into the huge variety of white wines and how to decipher a label. Wine 103: Taste the world of red wines and learn how to correctly store and serve wine. Wine 104: Learn about 'bubbly' and ports with a focus on Champagne and Port of Portugal. It's $160 for all four classes, plus ten percent discount on purchases of any wine tasted during the course! We also offer a Special Couples rate of $280. Reservations and full payment are required in advance...but hurry, classes are limited to only ten aspiring winos!
