Event Details
 
Vergari winery produces hand-made Pinot Noir and Cabernet wines of distinctive quality in limited amounts from carefully selected vineyards. Wine & Spirits just rated two of their single vineyard Pinots 93 and 95 pts. Chef Orion Balliet has designed a paired menu including such ingredients as eel, salmon, duck and lamb. Wash away the income tax blues with this all red line-up. Seating is limited.
