Event Details
 
This wine and cheese class will be based on the horror short story “ The Cask of Amontillado” by Edgar Allen Poe. During this class, Sheral Schowe the owner of Wasatch Academy of Wine, we will be teaching us about sherry wines and what great cheeses they can be paired with. This spooky wine and cheese class will encourage you to entertain your family and friends with sherry wines and this wonderful story.
