"Virtu" ~ White Meritage of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon :  Cheese Platters featuring a selection of fresh, semi-soft, creamy and dry aged cheeses along with toast points, almonds, dried cranberries, fresh blackberries and grapes.

Un-Oaked Chardonnay :  Prosciutto wrapped fruits & vegetables ~ featuring artichoke hearts with arugula pesto, caramelized figs with goat cheese, grilled asparagus with saffron aioli, fresh cantaloupe with crème fresh and orchard ripe peaches 

Sauvignon Blanc :  Spicy Thai Soup with shredded chicken, Thai chile peppers, fresh lime, garlic, coconut milk and vegetables

Cabernet Sauvignon :  Pan seared Sea Scallops with Cherry Hollandaise

"Elu" ~ Red Meritage of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Verdot, Cab Franc, and Malbec :  Cherry-wood smoked filet mignon served in a tart shell, topped with porcini mushrooms and gorgonzola sauce, served with an salad of heirloom Brandywine tomatoes, fresh mint, fresh mozzarella and eucalyptus honey

 Moscato :  Fresh apricot cobbler, Grande Marnier & Marscapone stuffed strawberries and key lime gelato
