| WAY Wines™ Release Memorial Weekend at Winery by the Creek with Event
Way Wines™, a new wine brand at Winery by the Creek, will be released to the public for the first time Memorial Weekend with a special event and tasting. Be the first to stock your wine rack with Way White and Way Red, at the special celebration weekend price of $60/case (Reg. $120/case)! "These unpretentious wines carry no varietal name or vintage. They are absolutely delicious!" says Charles. B. Mitchell winemaker and proprietor for Way Wines and Winery by the Creek. In addition to the Way Wines, Winery by the Creek’s Sangiovese and 2003 Zinfandel will also be specially priced at $60/case, a great wine for summer BBQ’s!
The Way Wine Release and Sale will be held at Winery by the Creek Saturday, May 24th-Monday, May 26th, 11am-5pm. The winery will be grilling and serving up Fair Play BBQ favorites beginning at noon each day. A raffle for a sea-plane ride with winemaker Charles B. Mitchell and cave tastings will accompany the weekend’s festivities.
Way Red
A delightful wine, rich and seductive, with a wonderful oak balance. The base is El Dorado Syrah, artfully blended with Sierra Foothill Bordeaux varietals. This wine is approachable and ready to drink! Retail Price $10; Club price $7.50
Way White
Lively and bright, the Way White grapes were sourced from the Central California coast. A blend dominated by Sauvignon Blanc, it has lively citrus notes. Way White is ready to be enjoyed without bottle aging. No corkscrew required! Retail price $10; Club price $7.50
