Join us at Nevada City Winery for an entertaining and educational evening of exploring the mysteries of wine and food pairings. We are pleased to partner with Pat and Pete Enochs of Latitudes Restaurant in Auburn. Many of you may be familiar with Latitudes Restaurant and some of you may still remember its precursor, The Kitchen, from many years ago. For those of you who've never been there, the Enochs spin the culinary globe showcasing an eclectic range of world-wide cuisines featuring different cultures every month. French, Indian, Greek, Caribbean, African or South American, they offer a culinary adventure on a plate. They use fresh, local ingredients to create their global cuisine. Pete is planning a diverse menu to showcase the range of our wines as we try to figure out what goes with what and why.
