Event Details
 
Evan's Kitchen presents "April in Argentina", a celebration of Argentine food and wine, prepared by award winning chef Evan Elsberry. This is a five course meal with complementary wine matched to the dish.

First Course: Lobster Empanada served with Trumpeter Torrontes

Second Course: Ensalada de Naranja served with Zolo Sauvignon Blanc

Third Course: Lamb Milanesa, served with Trumpeter Malbec

Fourth Course: Filet Mar del Plata style served with Trumpeter Cabernet

Sauvignon

Dessert: Peach Torta de Flan served with Zolo Viognier
