COST: Optional "Passport" $25

If the current economy is putting your dream of a trip to Europe on hold for a while, head to the scenic Olympic Peninsula and taste your way through France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, and even a bit of early America during the Olympic Peninsula Wineries’ Passport Wine Tour. The event, to be held November 8-9 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., will feature wines handcrafted locally from grapes with historical roots in some of the world’s finest growing regions. Highlighted selections will be paired with a bite of internationally inspired cuisine from the representative country.

Optional “Passports” are available online or at any of the member wineries for $25.00, and entitle the holder to a special commemorative wine glass and complimentary tastings at all seven wineries. Tasting fees for visitors without Passports will be $5.00 per person, per winery.
