Meet Matt and Mike from the Brother's Allen Catering and enjoy their five course dinner paired with wine from Vinideus Wine Bar. Start with assorted chilled seafood with Trevisol Prosecco. Next, chilled cucumber soup with mint creme fraiche matched with Chateau Fondouce Chardonnay. For the main course enjoy lemon thyme grilled chicken served with ratatouille paired with Marcel Ladoux Crozes Hermitage followed by salad greens with bleu cheese to be enjoyed with Chateau les Bernedes from the Medoc. End your meal with Oregon Berry Crepes and Pear Cider from Normandie.
