Wild salmon rillettes (pate) with baguette crisps, ripe grilled peach salad with arugula and creamy chive dressing, baked wild halibut topped with herbed goat's milk compound butter and a green bean, mushroom, and bell pepper sauté, blackberry cornmeal cobbler completes the feast. Wine is included.
