Dominique Lafon, the featured Burgundy winemaker for the 2008 International Pinot Noir Celebration, produces wines that are covered by enthusiasts worldwide. Joe Dobbes apprenticed at Domaine des Comtes Lafon in the beginning of his career and has become a leading Oregon winemaker with his exquisite portfolio of wines. The seven course dinner will showcase multiple vintages from each superb winemaker.
