In this class you\'ll taste several dessert wines such as moscato, tawny port, sauternes, auslese, sherry, and Madeira…..and perfectly paired desserts like hazelnut torte, apple streudel, flan, chocolate mousse, and mascarpone. There\'s just one word for this class….yummy! Come hungry for dessert to this class!

Oh yes, and through the sugar coma you\'ll learn stuff too, like the different styles of dessert wines and how they\'re made, wine geography, and grape varietals… plus how to correctly pair dessert wines with desserts. And finally an answer to the crucial question - What wine goes with chocolate?

All classes are held in a comfortable, classy residential setting in the SE Woodstock area rather than a stodgy classroom.
