From Barolo core to the clayed soil of Barbaresco meeting the giants of that gotha of wine – Elio Altare, Poderi Aldo Conterno, La Spinetta, Sottimano, Produttori del Barbaresco and a digression in Gavi area not only visit the enchanting atmosphere of Villa Sparina but also to have a tour inside the Fortress of Gavi and a shopping tour at Serravalle Scrivia designers’ outlet, a discount gallery of more than a hundred shops selling clothes collections of the many important Italian Fashion Designers – Versace, Armani, Gucci, Dolce e Gabbana, etc … Then, a funny and instructive cooking lesson with Chef Alessandro Sampò and dinners at some of the most celebrated restaurants of Piedmont.
