International Sommelier Classes
Wine Fundamentals 1 & 2 - A 12-week introductory course designed for the hospitality industry. Whether building on an existing career in hospitality or enhancing your enjoyment of wines. This course is a pre-requisite for the ISG Diploma Program. Upon completion, you will gain appreciation for all types of wines and feel comfortable and confident when selecting and buying wine. You will learn wine terminology, understand label information, rudimentary service techniques and wine management, as well as food and wine pairing theories.
