Event will start off with a seminar by noted wine expert and technical specialist "Tim Vandergrift". Subjects covered will be "Making wine from kits", "How wine kits are produced", "Info on the 2006 Limited Edition wine kits from Winexpert", "How to properly taste wines", Q&A session on wine making from grapes, fresh juice & kits. Evening will be capped off with a tasting of wines of the type the 2006 Limited Edition kits will produce plus wines made with the 2005 Limited Edition kits. Hors D'oeuvres that match up well with the wines tasted will be served along with Gourmet Cheeses, fresh fruit and crackers. If you are a home winemaker you will not want to miss this event.
