EVENT DETAILS:

World Cafe Live will have the honor of hosting Anthony Truchard, a well known California winemaker. Truchard's Vineyard is a small family owned winery in the Carneros region of Napa Valley, California. Anthony's family helped pioneer grape growing in the Carneros and in 1989 they established a winery and began producing wines using only their estate-grown fruit.

This event is not one to be missed. For only $65/person (which includes wines, dinner, tax, & gratuity) you can enjoy a delicious 6 course menu by Executive Chef Matthew Babbage as well as an array of wines (listed below)!

And if tasting 7 delicious wines doesn't excite you enough, then fear not because the awesome menu will surely lure you in. Chef Babbage truly knows how to end the summer season on a high note!

First Course: Country Pate with whole grain mustard, cornichon and baguette

Second Course: Vichyssoise, chilled potato and leek soup garnished with Parmesan croutons and snipped chives

Third Course: California Style Tossed Salad, mixed summer greens with avocado, pink grapefruit and toasted pine nuts, pink grapefruit and extra virgin olive oil vinaigrette

Fourth Course: Char grilled marinated skirt steak with hand cut WCL Idaho fries and Truchard Cabernet Demi Glace

Fifth Course: Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese with Mission Figs

Dessert: Crème Brulee
