As demand for wine has increased, businessmen have figured out how to make a better bottle. Unfortunately, many of these processes include pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilizers and other synthetic chemicals. But, there are still wine makers out there who manage pests naturally, tend to the vines by hand, carefully select grapes and make wine gently, with minimal filtration. These wines often have minimal sulfites as well - so you'll really feel good about drinking them.
