Event Details
 
Grilled food has a wonderful mix of complex tasting elements. There is the element of smoke hitting the acrid or bitter taste buds. Then there are complementing and contrasting flavors of the condiments, glazes or sides we serve. Pairing grilled food with wine is tricky so we've brought in the best of both worlds. Enjoy an evening with wine educator Heather Wright and grilling cookbook author, Jim Tarantino.
