The second installment in our series honoring the Olympics takes us to South Africa. Tonight's host country strikes a delicate balance between "new world" and "old world" wine production. Following the rules of this series, Michael will focus on the amateur talent - unknown producers that are destined to be great from the Stellenbosch, Paarl and Constantia regions.
