Wine aficionados and collectors who appreciate learning about wine and tasting in a serious format will enjoy this private foray into the cellar with winemaker Eric Miller. Eric and the Chaddsford winemaking team will lead small groups to the barrels where the wines from last year’s harvest that have been designated as “Futures” will be tasted and discussed. Wines shown and offered for sale are from the winemaker’s personal Portfolio Collection of ultra-premium, small production cuveés. Reservations required for either session: 10 am or 7pm.
