Brooklyn Brewery brewmaster and beer personality Garrett Oliver will drop by to ham it up with an ambitious multicourse pork-centric menu. Dishes, which'll be paired with Brooklyn brews, will include roasted baby pig, pork terrine, wild ramp ravioli with pig's foot ragu and more. Reservations required.
