Once a month, the Wine School challenges a top wine professional to a food and wine pairing duel. The budget is tight and the rules are strict - competitors cannot reach into their personal cellars and must use wines purchased from a Pennsylvania state store. Each contestant chooses a wine for a specific food pairing, and audience members judge. At evening's end, tallies are scored, and the winner announced.

Past guests have featured Sommelier Christophe Tassan of Le Bec-Fin; Winemaker Eric Miller of Chaddsford Winery; and Eric Arnold, author of FIRST BIG CRUSH.
