Eberle Winery welcomes local favorite Claude Chazalon for Zinfandel Festival 2008! Chef Chazalon, former owner of two restaurants in Paris for 20 years, had a whirlwind love affair “Coup de Coeur” for Paso Robles. His love for Paso Robles prompted him to open “Paris” a French restaurant located in downtown Paso Robles in November 2002, focusing on the ambiance of the French countryside and its fine cuisine. After many requests from loyal customers and friends, Chef Claude and his wife Chantal decided on a new adventure--“Safran ”.
